Over the next few days I’ll be posting a bunch of older pics, just to make things a little more interesting.  This is a matador statue outside of the Roman colosseum in Nimes, France.

Horizontal

Horizontal tree near Balloch, Scotland.  Canon EOS 40D, f/6.3, ISO 500.  HDR from 5 exposures.

This was cool.  While hiking we came across this tree with this massive, horizontally growing main branch.  The length of this horizontal portion alone was longer that most other trees are tall (in fact some of the smaller branches coming off this part where bigger than a lot of other trees).
